Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

1.2 Shipping Options & Costs
We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping to Greece: Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days & cost $8.

International Shipping: : Estimated delivery time 7-10 business days & cost $12.

Free Shipping on orders over $180, if applicable.

Shipping times may vary based on your location.

1.3 International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

2. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Returns & Exchanges
3.1 Eligibility
We do not accept returns.
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached, only in case of damaged or wrong item delivered.

3.2 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

3.3 Refunds
We do not issue refunds.
Refunds will be issued, only in case of damaged or wrong item delivered, to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.4 Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly.
